针对矿用带式输送机皮带常出现的边缘损伤、表面损伤以及内部钢丝绳损伤检测困难等问题,通过分析矿用带式输送机皮带损伤的形式和特点,融合多种智能识别算法,提出一种带式输送机皮带损伤检测系统,建立可逆变神经网络算法和KDFA-CenterNet皮带损伤检测算法,实现对皮带外层和内层损伤特征的高精度检测,完成硬件系统设计和软件控制系统设计.在山西某煤矿井下主运皮带Z1236进行现场安装和调试后,现场应用表明,皮带损伤在线监测系统可准确识别皮带内外常见损伤,识别准确度高达98.6%,可及时预警皮带的损伤,有效避免运输皮带停机事故的发生,取得了良好的应用效果.
Research on Mining Belt Conveyor Belt Damage Detection System Based on Multi-Algorithm Fusion
In response to the common problems of edge damage,surface damage,and difficulty in detecting internal wire rope damage in mining belt conveyors,a belt damage detection system for mining belt conveyors is proposed by analyzing the forms and characteristics of belt damage and integrating multiple intelligent recognition algorithms.Inverted neural network algorithms and KDFA-CenterNet belt damage detection algorithms are established to achieve high-precision detection of damage characteristics on the outer and inner layers of the belt,and hardware system design and software control system design are completed.After on-site installation and debugging of the Z1236 main conveyor belt in a coal mine in Shanxi,the application showed that the online monitoring system for belt damage can accurately identify common damages inside and outside the belt,with an accuracy of up to 98.6%.It can timely warn of belt damage and effectively avoid the occurrence of conveyor belt shutdown accidents,achieving good application results.
