Optimization and Application of 300 MW Boiler Lean to Smoke Transformation Technology
In recent years,new energy power generation is developing rapidly,but the randomness of its power generation load is large,which seriously affects the safe operation of the power grid.In order to adapt to the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction as well as new energy consumption,it has become an inevitable trend to carry out FM and flexibility modification of boilers.The large proportion of bituminous coal blending in lean coal boilers can greatly improve the boiler's stable combustion,reduce the NOx and SOx content in the boiler's raw flue gas,and reduce the risk of clogging the air preheater and the mist eliminator of the absorber tower.However,the large proportion of bituminous coal blending in lean coal boilers that use a medium-storage type hot-air powder feeding system has the risk of powder making system explosion,primary air powder feeding pipeline burning,and furnace coking.Therefore,a power plant proposes and implements a comprehensive transformation program of combined explosion-proofing of hot and cold furnace smoke,mixed cooling of cold and hot primary air,and low-saving recovery of exhaust waste heat,which has achieved good results.
