摘要

在高层住宅中,电梯是必不可少的机电设备.基于TIA Portal V18软件框架,设计了一套电梯电气控制系统.该系统以西门子S7-1200 PLC作为核心控制单元,实现了电梯的高效运行.通过仿真实验验证,该控制系统具有实时检测和及时消除故障的优点,可实现电梯安全、平稳、可靠运行,提升电梯的搭载效率和安全性能.

Abstract

Elevators are essential electromechanical equipment in high-rise residential buildings.A set of elevator electrical control system was designed based on the TIA Portal V18 software framework.The system uses Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the core control unit to achieve efficient operation of the elevator.Through simulation experiments,it has been verified that the control system has the advantages of real-time detection and timely elimination of faults,which can achieve safe,stable,and reliable operation of elevators,improve the efficiency and safety performance of elevators.
