高效节能泵站阀控系统滑模控制研究

液压泵站在供水、污水处理、农业灌溉以及多个工业过程中有着十分重要的地位,但存在时变性、伺服阀压力流量非线性的特点.针对高效节能泵站阀控系统中的非线性环节,提出一种滑模变结构控制策略.首先,建立阀控缸泵站阀控系统非线性数学模型,设计一种滑模面,推导出指数趋近滑模控制律;其次,利用Lyapunov稳定性理论验证高效节能泵站阀控系统的稳定性;最后,在MATLAB/Simulink环境平台中构建系统的数学模型及滑模控制器,并将滑模控制方法与PID控制方法进行比较.由仿真结果分析可知,滑模控制器的跟踪精度明显优于PID控制方法,与PID控制方法相比,滑模控制方法的跟踪精度提高了70.31%.
Research on Sliding Mode Control of Valve Control System for High-Efficiency and Energy-Saving Pump Station
Hydraulic pump stations play a very important role in water supply,sewage treatment,agricultural irrigation,and multiple industrial processes,but they have the characteristics of time-varying and non-linear pressure and flow of servo valves.A sliding mode variable structure control strategy is proposed for the nonlinear components in the valve control system of high-efficiency and energy-saving pumping stations.Firstly,establish a nonlinear mathematical model of the valve control system in the valve controlled cylinder pump station,design a sliding surface,and derive an exponential approaching sliding mode control law.Secondly,the stability of the valve control system for high-efficiency and energy-saving pumping stations was verified using Lyapunov stability theory.Finally,the mathematical model and sliding mode controller of the system were constructed on the MATLAB/Simulink environment platform,and the sliding mode control method was compared with the PID control method.According to the simulation results analysis,the tracking accuracy of the sliding mode controller is significantly better than that of the PID control method.Compared with the PID control method,the sliding mode control method has improved the tracking accuracy by 70.31%.
