To solve the problems of long response time,unstable control process,and susceptibility to load in traditional controllers for motor drive systems,based on the analysis of the basic structure of the motor drive system,the structure and transfer function of an adaptive controller were designed according to actual needs,and its feasibility was verified.Based on the parameters of the motor drive system of the wire harness winding machine,the parameter settings of the adaptive controller were completed,and the control effect was compared with that of the incremental PID controller.This conclusion can guide the promotion and application of adaptive control concepts in motor drive systems in the future.
