摘要

为满足深度调峰下电网对AGC速率的要求,在水、煤受限的情况下通过改变背压来提高深调下的AGC速率.在变负荷过程中,改变背压可以提高机组在深调负荷段参与电网AGC的控制品质,减少电网"两个细则"的考核.

Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of the power grid for AGC rate under deep peak shaving,the AGC rate under deep regulation is increased by changing the back pressure in the case of limited water and coal.During the process of load variation,changing the back pressure can improve the control quality of the unit's participation in grid AGC during deep load adjustment,and reduce the assessment of the"two rules"of the grid.
