摘要

为了提高生料磨产量和生料的合格率,广西河池国投鱼峰水泥有限公司增加了1台泥土破碎机,该泥土破碎机采用的启动方式是全压启动.后续随着其他设备的增加,该启动方式对变压器以及其他设备的正常运行的影响越来越大.为了改变泥土破碎主电机控制系统的现状,比较目前存在的几种启动方式,选择最佳的一种启动方法,从而进行控制系统的设计、安装与调试.改进后的控制系统改变了原来的启动方式,具有生产成本低、对电网电压冲击小、设备使用寿命长等优点.

Abstract

In order to improve the output of raw material grinding and the qualification rate of raw materials,Guangxi Hechi Guotou Yufeng Cement Co.,Ltd.has added a soil crusher,which adopts full pressure starting method.As the number of other devices increases,the impact of this starting method on the normal operation of transformers and other equipment becomes increasingly significant.In order to change the current situation of the main motor control system for soil crushing,several existing starting methods are compared,and the best starting method is selected for the design,installation,and commissioning of the control system.The improved control system has changed the original starting method,with advantages such as low production cost,minimal impact on grid voltage,and long equipment service life.
