采煤机机械结构优化与降低磨损方法研究

以MG500/1180-WD采煤机机械结构为例,介绍一种采煤机机械结构优化措施方案.该方案分别对截割滚筒与摇臂、调高机构进行了改进.改进后,由于截割模块与摇臂模块优化了叶片升角、截线距、截齿安装角度等参数,调高机构通过PID控制系统等进行控制,使整个采煤机性能显著提高,降低了采煤机机械结构的磨损率,有利于采煤机安全、稳定运行,对现代采煤机机械结构的优化具有指导意义.
Research on Optimization and Wear Reduction Methods of Coal Mining Machine Mechanical Structure
This paper takes the mechanical structure of MG500/1180-WD coal mining machine as an example,this article introduces an optimization measure scheme for the mechanical structure of coal mining machine.This plan has made improvements to the cutting drum,rocker arm,and height adjustment mechanism.After improvement,the cutting module and rocker arm module have optimized parameters such as blade lift angle,intercept distance,and tooth installation angle.The height adjustment mechanism is controlled through PID control system,which significantly improves the performance of the entire coal mining machine and reduces the wear rate of the mechanical structure.This is beneficial for the safe and stable operation of the coal mining machine and has guiding significance for the optimization of modern coal mining machine mechanical structure.
