To further explore the performance characteristics of the drive device frame in the DTII(A)type belt conveyor,the drive device frame in the DTII(A)type belt conveyor is taken as the research object,and the finite element method is applied to conduct a comprehensive analysis of its performance.The results show that although the mechanical strength of the drive device frame meets the requirements and is relatively redundant,the resonance risk is prominent.To address this,optimization is carried out by locally increasing rigid connections.The results show that the optimized model not only effectively reduces resonance risk,but also effectively avoids the influence of possible harmonic excitation loads,proving that the model has potential application value.
