带式输送机驱动装置架性能分析与优化

为进一步探究带式输送机驱动装置架的性能特征,以DTII(A)型带式输送机中的驱动装置架为研究对象,应用有限元方法对其性能展开全面分析.结果显示,虽然该驱动装置架力学强度符合要求且较有冗余,但共振风险突出.对此,采用局部增加刚性连接的方式进行优化.结果显示,优化后的模型不仅有效降低了共振风险,而且对于可能存在的谐波励磁载荷的影响实现了有效规避,证明该模型具有潜在应用价值.
Performance Analysis and Optimization of Belt Conveyor Drive Device Frame
To further explore the performance characteristics of the drive device frame in the DTII(A)type belt conveyor,the drive device frame in the DTII(A)type belt conveyor is taken as the research object,and the finite element method is applied to conduct a comprehensive analysis of its performance.The results show that although the mechanical strength of the drive device frame meets the requirements and is relatively redundant,the resonance risk is prominent.To address this,optimization is carried out by locally increasing rigid connections.The results show that the optimized model not only effectively reduces resonance risk,but also effectively avoids the influence of possible harmonic excitation loads,proving that the model has potential application value.
