Design and Implementation of Digital Monitoring and Intelligent Decision System for Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Technology Project Site
Oil and gas transportation pipelines are located underground, and their hidden dangers during operation are not easily discovered, posing potential threats to personnel and buildings along the route. Therefore, ensuring the construction quality of pipelines has a significant impact on their operational safety and durability. In view of this,a digital monitoring and intelligent decision-making system is proposed. The pipeline pressure and elevation calculated by the system are basically consistent with the actual values. The maximum pressure is at 0.2 km and is around 1.24 MPa.The highest elevation is at 2.2 km,and both are at 2.51 km.The response time of the digital monitoring and intelligent decision-making system is 0.9 seconds, the throughput and shortest stability time of the system are 279 mbits/s and 24 hours respectively, the concurrent user count and query frequency per second are 230 and 60,and the error rate and hit rate are 0.2%and 98.2%,respectively.The results indicate that the proposed system not only accurately calculates the relevant parameters of the pipeline, but also has good performance and can achieve construction assisted decision-making.
