Research on Ground Source Heat Pump Drilling Construction Technology Under Complex Geological Conditions
During the construction phase of ground source heat pump drilling, the pressure stabilization performance of the construction wellbore is relatively low due to the influence of complex geological conditions. Therefore, research on ground source heat pump drilling construction technology under complex geological conditions has been proposed.Taking a ground source heat pump project as the research object, based on a detailed investigation and understanding of the terrain, landforms, geological structures, and other information on site,a construction plan including drilling diameter, depth, hole spacing, and other parameters was designed, and specific construction equipment was selected. When using a 600 L drilling rig for drilling construction, the DSAY40052 down the hole hammer is used to lower the 160 mm manganese chromium alloy steel casing to a depth of 30~40 m.Then, the impact rock is drilled to 122 m using an impact hammer, and the drilling of the bedrock layer is completed using the impact pressure of the down the hole hammer. At the same time,a high-speed and high-pressure air flow is provided by an air compressor to discharge the debris structure of the bedrock layer. In the acceptance results,as the test pressure gradually increases, the corresponding pressure fluctuation amplitude shows a gradually increasing trend, and the specific fluctuation intensity remains stable within 2%,indicating good pressure stabilization performance.
