Research on Distribution of Specific Pressure of Hydraulic Support Base Under Different Support Heights
One of the key ways to significantly improve the mining efficiency of thick coal seams is the high mining height full mining technology. In this process, the high mining height hydraulic support plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and stability of mining operations. It is worth noting that the adjustment of the support height of hydraulic supports during operation will directly affect the pressure bearing capacity of the base, thereby affecting the stability and efficiency of the overall mining operation. Therefore, adjusting the support height of hydraulic supports reasonably is an important technical link to achieve efficient and safe thick coal seam mining. The finite element simulation was used to analyze the base pressure ratio at different support heights. The results showed that the base pressure ratio was the smallest when the support height was at the maximum working height, and the bias effect was the smallest under the bias load. Therefore,it is recommended to operate the hydraulic support at the maximum support height as much as possible.
