定向长钻孔水力压裂增透技术的应用研究

为提高高瓦斯低透气性矿井煤层的渗透率、抽采量等,提出一种定向长钻孔水力压裂增透技术,设计三孔压裂工艺,分别为一次三段式、整体式、一次两段式压裂.压裂结束1个月后,三孔的瓦斯浓度均超过90%,且与压裂前相比,三孔的瓦斯含量分别提高10%、30%、60%.与压裂刚结束时相比,分别提高75%、75%、90%.与抽采负压为15 kPa时相比,负压为20 kPa时的瓦斯流量提升约20倍,瓦斯治理效果好.
Application Research on Directional Long Borehole Hydraulic Fracturing and Penetration Enhancement Technology
In order to improve the permeability and extraction volume of coal seams in high gas and low permeability mines,a directional long borehole hydraulic fracturing technology is proposed,and a three hole fracturing process is designed,including one-time three-stage fracturing,integral fracturing,and one-time two-stage fracturing.After one month of fracturing,the gas concentration in all three holes exceeded 90%,and compared with before fracturing,the gas content in the three holes increased by 10%,30%,and 60%respectively.Compared with the end of the fracturing process,there were increases of 75%,75%,and 90%respectively.Compared with the negative pressure of 15 kPa during extraction,the gas flow rate increased by about 20 times when the negative pressure was 20 kPa,indicating a better gas control effect.
