基于有限元仿真分析方法,介绍一种煤矿提升绞车主轴优化设计.在具体优化中,采用ANSYS软件对6种工况条件下煤矿提升绞车主轴的强度性能进行分析校核,然后根据分析结构确认应力集中区域,并根据安全系数法介绍主轴优化设计.通过有限元分析初步确认主轴优化设计可行性后,将优化设计应用于工程实践,进一步检验主轴优化设计的应用价值.
Design and Application of Main Shaft for Coal Mine Hoisting Winch
Based on finite element simulation analysis method,this paper introduces an optimized design of the main shaft of a coal mine hoisting winch.In the specific optimization,ANSYS software was used to analyze and verify the strength performance of the main shaft of the coal mine hoisting winch under six working conditions.Then,the stress concentration area was confirmed based on the analysis structure,and the main shaft optimization design was introduced using the safety factor method.After preliminary confirmation of the feasibility of spindle optimization design through finite element analysis,the optimization design will be applied to engineering practice to further verify the application value of spindle optimization design.
