摘要

作为煤矿工作面"三机"装备中的重要构成部分,液压支架的稳定安全运行对煤矿生产质量和效率均有直接影响.以ZY2800/13/28型掩护式液压支架为研究对象,利用SolidWorks软件构建了支架的模拟仿真模型.结果发现,液压支架顶梁和掩护梁的耳板附近区域存在应力集中现象,通过改善耳板连接形式、调整掩护梁板厚,从而优化液压支架结构,使得液压支架的最大应力降低了17.33%.实践应用发现,新液压支架运行良好,使用寿命可以延长1~2年,经济效益和安全效益显著.

Abstract

As an important component of the"three machines"equipment in coal mine working faces,the stable and safe operation of hydraulic supports has a direct impact on the production quality and efficiency of coal mines.A simulation model of the ZY2800/13/28 shield hydraulic support was constructed using SolidWorks software as the research object.It was found that there was stress concentration in the vicinity of the ear plates of the hydraulic support top beam and shield beam.By improving the connection form of the ear plates and adjusting the thickness of the shield beam,the hydraulic support structure was optimized,resulting in a 17.33%reduction in the maximum stress of the hydraulic support.Practical application has found that the new hydraulic support operates well and its service life can be extended by 1~2 years,with significant economic and safety benefits.
