Mode Analysis Experiment of Composite Grinder Grinding Wheel Frame
This paper focuses on the current situation of significant vibration in the grinding wheel frame during the grinding process of compound grinding machines.Modal analysis is conducted around the grinding wheel frame,and relevant dynamic characteristic parameters are obtained through experimental testing and data analysis.The resulting parameters can reflect the structural characteristics of the grinding wheel frame and provide a theoretical basis for its optimal design,vibration and noise reduction,as well as improvement of machining accuracy.Overall,good research results have been achieved,which are of great significance for enhancing the stability of the grinding process and improving machining quality.
