基于感应加热的电机定子热装设备设计与仿真

无刷伺服电机定子与壳体之间配合尺寸通常采用过盈配合.为确保装配过程顺畅,需要在装配前将壳体加热至一定温度,使定子在内孔受热膨胀后方可装入.介绍了一种基于感应加热原理实现壳体快速恒温加热的方法,通过电磁热联合仿真验证了该方法的可行性,最后给出了自动热装配设备的实际测试效果.
Design and Simulation of Motor Stator Thermal Assembly Equipment Based on Induction Heating
The coordination size between the brushless servo motor stator and the shell is usually the surplus fit.In order to ensure the smooth assembly process,the shell is required to heat to a certain temperature before assembly,so that the stator can be installed only after the inner hole is heated and expanded.This paper introduces a method to realize rapid constant temperature heating of shell based on induction heating principle,verifies the feasibility of the method through electromagnetic heat combined simulation,and finally gives the actual test effect of automatic thermal assembly equipment.
