为有效解决煤矿供电系统存在的隐患,实现其安全平稳运行,提出一种基于GOOSE通信的防越级跳闸系统.首先,采用分层分布式光纤环网的整体架构,通过在各级保护装置间建立GOOSE通信网络,实现故障定位,达到防越级跳闸的目的.其次,设计地面线路和井下保护装置的软硬件.经GOOSE通信和短路闭锁改进后,该防越级跳闸系统切实可行,且可适应井下复杂的工况.
Design and Application Realization of Anti-Tripping System in Coal Mine
In order to effectively solve the hidden dangers in the coal mine power supply system and achieve its safe and stable operation,a GOOSE communication based anti-tripping system is proposed.Firstly,a hierarchical distributed fiber optic ring network architecture is adopted,and GOOSE communication network is established between various levels of protection devices to achieve fault location and prevent leapfrog tripping.Secondly,design the software and hardware of surface lines and underground protection devices.After the improvement of GOOSE communication and short-circuit locking,the anti bypass trip system is feasible and can adapt to complex underground working conditions.
