长输管线智能巡查系统在油气长输管道中的应用研究

传统的油气管道巡检面临3大风险:交通风险、第三方破坏风险、人员巡检安全风险.传统的巡检方式存在巡检效率低、劳动强度大、巡检风险高等问题.此外,通过人工肉眼监控无线监控摄像机存在监控时效性差、漏报率高的问题.以华南地区某成品油长输管道企业为例,分析了长输管线智能巡查系统在管道巡查工作中的业务流程与实施情况,对比计算实施长输管线智能巡查系统后,巡检效率提升至192%,体力劳动强度由Ⅱ级降为Ⅰ级,无线视频监控告警识别准确度达到97.45%,管道巡查质量显著提升.
Research on Application of Intelligent Inspection System for Long Distance Pipeline in Oil and Gas Long Distance Pipeline
Traditional inspection of oil and gas pipelines faces three major risks:Traffic risk,third-party damage risk and personnel inspection security risk.The traditional inspection method has problems such as low inspection efficiency,high labor intensity,and high inspection risks.In addition,monitoring wireless surveillance cameras by artificial eyes will have poor monitoring timeliness and high false negatives.Taking a long distance oil pipeline enterprise in South China as an example,this paper analyzes the business process and implementation of the intelligent inspection system of long distance pipeline in the pipeline inspection work,and calculates that after the implementation of the intelligent inspection system of long distance pipeline,the inspection efficiency is increased to 192%,and the physical labor intensity is reduced from level Ⅱ to level Ⅰ.The accuracy of wireless video surveillance alarm identification reached 97.45%,and the quality of pipeline inspection was significantly improved.
