工业机器人分拣搬运工作站的设计与虚拟调试

在制造业数字化转型、智能化变革的发展趋势下,为探索虚拟调试在工业机器人工作站中的应用,通过SolidWorks软件创建数字化模型,设计并搭建了基于Octopuz仿真软件的工业机器人分拣搬运工作站.利用OPC技术,通过KEPServer软件实现了机器人与PLC之间的通信,完成了工作站的虚拟调试.与实体搭建和现场调试不同,虚拟调试的实现更经济、高效和安全,有利于工业机器人集成应用的进一步发展.
Design and Virtual Debugging of Industrial Robot Sorting and Handling Workstation
With the development trend of digital transformation and intelligent transformation in the manufacturing industry,in order to explore the application of virtual debugging in industrial robot workstations,a digital model was created through SolidWorkssoftware,and an industrial robot sorting and handling workstation based on Octopuz simulation software was designed and built.By utilizing OPC technology and KEPServer software,communication between the robot and PLC was achieved,and virtual debugging of the workstation was completed.Different from physical construction and on-site debugging,the implementation of virtual debugging is more economical,efficient,and secure,which is conducive to the further development of industrial robot integration applications.
