A supercritical unit is a steam generator set that operates at a state that exceeds the critical pressure and temperature,which can significantly improve thermal efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.With the rise of energy costs and the strengthening of environmental regulations,the development and application of efficient energy-saving technologies has become an important issue in the power generation industry.Automatic control technology plays a crucial role in supercritical units because of its ability to optimize operating processes and improve energy efficiency.This paper comprehensively analyzes the application of automatic control technology in the energy-saving design of 600 MW supercritical units,and discusses various aspects from energy-saving optimization of fuel supply system,thermal efficiency improvement,automatic adjustment of key parameters in the power generation process,real-time monitoring and fault prevention,to the integration of advanced control algorithms.Through a detailed discussion of the specific implementation and evaluation of these energy-saving measures,it shows how automation technology can effectively reduce energy consumption,improve power generation efficiency,and promote environmental sustainability.
