Research on Optimization Control of Combustion System in Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler
In order to improve the desulfurization efficiency and reduce bed temperature fluctuations in circulating fluidized bed furnaces,this paper first adopts a feedback controlled desulfurization combustion system.In response to the problems of large bed temperature fluctuations,the bed temperature change rate and CaO content in the furnace are added to optimize it,and a feedforward feedback based optimization control system is obtained.After comparative simulation,compared with the measured data,the optimized control system can quickly reduce the SO2 content and its fluctuation at the furnace outlet,and effectively control the bed temperature change,improve the bed temperature fluctuation,and verify the good desulfurization effect and low cost of the optimized control system.
