摘要

阐述了一种移动式拆装机械手的控制系统设计,该系统具有控制、保护以及监视机械手故障的功能.该机械手通过符合人机工程的控制系统,完成行动装置大部件和传动系统大部件的可靠加持、拖曳、升降、搬运、释放,还能在维修过程中完成上述大部件的拆卸、装配时的辅助定位.另外,机械手可在狭小空间内灵活转向,特别适用于车辆拆装设备技术领域.

Abstract

This paper elaborates on the design of a control system for a mobile disassembly and assembly robotic arm,which has the functions of controlling,protecting,and monitoring robotic arm failures.This robotic arm,through a control system that conforms to ergonomics,can reliably support,tow,lift,transport,and release the large components of the action device and transmission system.It can also assist in the disassembly and assembly of these large components during maintenance.In addition,the robotic arm can flexibly turn in narrow spaces,especially in the field of vehicle disassembly and assembly equipment technology.
