Construction and Application of Low-Carbon Dispatching System Based on"Power Meteorological One Map"
In order to achieve the"dual carbon"goal and build a new type of power system with new energy as the main body, while taking into account the safety, reliability, economy, and low-carbon nature of power supply,a low-carbon dispatch system based on"one map and two applications"is constructed on the basis of"power meteorological one map".Innovatively integrating the"geographic information map of power grid equipment"and the"dynamic power meteorological map"to form a"power meteorological one map".Based on graphics and data,a data supported panoramic display and analysis map of low-carbon power grid dispatching is constructed.Construct a new energy carrying capacity assessment and efficient acceptance application, form a"forward-looking"plan and"diversified"technical support for new energy access, improve the level of new energy planning, monitoring, and output forecasting, optimize the operation mode of the power grid, and fully tap into the potential of new energy acceptance.Based on the topology information of the power grid containing spatiotemporal environmental data,a holographic perception and security control application for the power grid considering a high proportion of new energy access has been established. It achieves precise prediction of new energy output and power grid load, lean management of power grid maintenance methods, and accurate warning of power grid operation risks, improving the ability of the power grid to cope with adverse weather conditions.
