摘要

为解决大型压力容器法兰式密封槽的修复问题,设计了一种针对压力容器法兰密封面的在线修复数控加工设备.主要介绍了数控加工设备的结构设计和工作流程,通过分析现存问题,提出了多种方案.设计完成后,从多方面论证了该加工设备.结果表明,该设计基本解决了在线修复问题,为制造厂家和使用厂家提供了一种新的解决方案.

Abstract

A CNC machining equipment for online repair of flange sealing surfaces of pressure vessels has been designed to solve the problem of repairing flange sealing grooves in large pressure vessels.This paper mainly introduces the structural design and workflow of CNC machining equipment,and proposes multiple solutions by analyzing existing problems.After the design was completed,the processing equipment was demonstrated from multiple perspectives.The results indicate that the design has basically solved the problem of online repair,providing a new solution for manufacturers and users.
