采煤机螺旋运输部运输性能仿真分析与优化设计

以薄煤层中使用的采煤装备的螺旋运输部为研究对象,在概述采煤机及螺旋运输部的基础上,基于EDEM软件构建了螺旋运输部的仿真模型.以螺杆旋转速度、螺距以及螺杆间距3个关键工艺和结构参数为优化对象,以结构的运输能力和应力为优化目标,基于正交实验方法设计了优化方案.经研究,最终确定螺杆旋转速度为100 r/min、螺距为414 mm、螺杆间距为505 mm.经过近10个月的现场应用,新的螺旋运输部在采煤机工程实践中的应用取得了很好的效果,能为企业创造良好的经济效益.
Simulation Analysis and Optimization Design of Transportation Performance of Spiral Transport Unit of Coal Mining Machine
This paper takes the spiral transportation unit of coal mining equipment used in thin coal seams as the research object.Based on an overview of the coal mining machine and the spiral transportation unit,a simulation model of the spiral transportation unit is constructed using EDEM software.Taking the three key process and structural parameters of screw rotation speed,pitch,and screw spacing as optimization objects,and the transportation capacity and stress of the structure as optimization objectives,an optimization scheme was designed based on orthogonal experimental method.Through research,it was ultimately determined that the screw rotation speed is 100 r/min,the pitch is 414 mm,and the screw spacing is 505 mm.The application of the new spiral transportation unit in the practice of coal mining machine engineering has been found to have good results through nearly 10 months of on-site application,which can create good economic benefits for the enterprise.
