一种考虑误差模型的姿态测量传感器设计

针对传统姿态传感器存在测量环境要求高、成本大的问题,提出了一种姿态传感器模型系统设计.通过建立初始模型及误差模型,模拟传感器在实际测井过程中受到的安装偏差及高温影响,基于MATLAB实现给定姿态参数(方位角、井斜角、工具面角、转速及温度)条件下的传感器各轴信号,并结合YXSPACE-SP6000实时仿真机实现信号的模拟量输出.通过系统验证,采集的传感器输出信号的相对误差较小,能够进行实际应用,同时还能实现不同工况中的传感器输出模拟,缩短算法测试周期,提高开发效率.
Design of Attitude Measurement Sensor Considering Error model
A design of attitude sensor model system is proposed to overcome the issues of the high requirements and high cost of traditional attitude sensor measurement environment.By establishing an initial model and error model,the installation deviation and high temperature impact of sensors during actual logging process are simulated.Based on MATLAB,the sensor axis signals under given attitude parameters(azimuth angle,wellbore inclination angle,tool face angle,speed and temperature)are implemented,and the analog output of the signals is achieved using the YXSPACE-SP6000 real-time simulation machine.Through system verification,the relative error of the collected sensor output signal is within a small range and can be applied in practical applications.At the same time,it can achieve sensor output simulation in different working conditions,reduce algorithm testing cycles,and improve development efficiency.
