Research on Uncertainty Evaluation and Field Calibration Method of Air Pressure Sensor
In order to solve the problem of the air pressure sensor exceeding the tolerance during field inspection and more accurately characterize its measurement results, the GUM method is used to analyze and evaluate the uncertainty of the PTB210 air pressure sensor in the field inspection environment, and to study its field calibration method. The evaluation results indicate that the extended uncertainty of the measurement results is 0.12 hPa under the conditions of 500 hPa,800 hPa,and 1 050 hPa,which meets the technical requirements of meteorological operations. The field calibration method can debug instruments that exceed the tolerance limit, and has the characteristics of simple operation and stable communication.Research on uncertainty evaluation and field calibration methods for air pressure sensors, innovatively using specialized equipment for field verification, selecting the same testing points, simulating similar measurement environments, and designing stable and convenient connection methods. This achievement fills the gap in uncertainty evaluation and field calibration methods for air pressure sensors in field verification, providing reference for pressure uncertainty evaluation in meteorology, aviation, agriculture and other fields, providing inspiration for field calibration of other projects such as humidity and temperature.
