Optimization and Improvement of LARIS Inlet Structure for KDF-5MF Filter Rod Forming Equipment
In response to the problem of high LARIS cutting offset rejection rate in KDF-5MF fine branch composite filter rod forming machine,based on the principle of LARIS laser detection,the LARIS inlet structure was optimized and improved.Firstly,an entrance plate support device was designed,and the aperture of the device was designed to be 5.4 mm(circumference 16.96 mm).Secondly,choose a yellow identification glass tube as the cylindrical hollow refractive tube sleeve for LARIS detection.The results showed that the LARIS cutting offset rejection rate decreased from the monthly average of 5.37%before improvement to 1.4%,and the false rejection rate was significantly controlled,which helps to improve quality and reduce consumption,and enhance the stability of filter rod process quality.
