Feasibility Study on Adding Fully Automatic Coal Powder Sampling Device to the Boiler
A feasibility study was proposed to add a fully automatic coal powder sampling device to address the issue of inaccurate manual coal powder sampling in 2×660 MW unit boilers.Through a detailed analysis of the project background,necessity,feasibility,as well as the proposed renovation plan and technical key points,the importance of the new device in improving boiler combustion efficiency and reducing power generation costs has been demonstrated.At the same time,the economic benefits were analyzed,demonstrating the potential energy-saving and economic benefits of the device in long-term operation.
