摘要

针对刮板输送机伸缩机尾在实际生产制造过程中出现的刮板链磨损机尾架底板、机尾架与固定槽连接销轴易损坏、制作成本高、生产效率低等问题,通过分析伸缩机尾机械结构和工作原理,研制了一种机尾架与固定槽双侧连接的伸缩机尾.经过对2种不同结构伸缩机尾在生产、使用过程中的对比分析,得出了该新型结构能有效解决上述问题,在节约成本的同时提高了生产效率.

Abstract

This paper aims at the problems of scraper chain abrasion,such as easy damage,high production cost and low production efficiency of connecting pin shaft between scraper chain and fixed groove in the actual production of scraper conveyor expansion tail,based on the analysis of the mechanical structure and working principle of the telescopic machine tail,a kind of telescopic machine tail which is connected by both sides of the machine tail frame and the fixed groove is developed,through the comparison and analysis of two different structures of telescopic machine tail in the process of production and use,it is concluded that the new structure can effectively solve the above problems,save costs and improve production efficiency.
