以FANUC 0i-Mate系统为例,研究用于数控铣床或加工中心机内自动对刀的装置——对刀仪.该对刀装置采用机械触发式传感器控制主轴刀具与工件表面接触,通过PMC将接触信号传递至数控系统,数控系统通过运行宏程序自动完成工件坐标系的设定.该对刀装置适用于数控铣床或加工中心刀具长度和直径方向的测量及破损检测,精度高达0.001 mm,能准确快速地补偿刀具因磨损后造成的X向、Y向、Z向加工误差的影响,以保证零件的加工精度.
Research and Application of Tool Setting Instrument in CNC Machine Tool Based on Trigger Sensor Control
Taking the FANUC 0i-Mate system as an example,this paper studies the device for automatic tool alignment in CNC milling machines or machining centers:The tool alignment device.The tool alignment device uses a mechanical trigger sensor to control the contact between the spindle tool and the workpiece surface.The contact signal is transmitted to the CNC system through PMC,and the CNC system automatically sets the workpiece coordinate system by running a macro program.This tool pair device is suitable for measuring the length and diameter direction of CNC milling machines or machining centers,as well as detecting damage,with an accuracy of up to 0.001 mm.It can accurately and quickly compensate for the X,Y,and Z machining errors caused by tool wear,thereby ensuring the machining accuracy of the parts.
