Design of Substation Arc Fire Prevention System Based on Advanced Current Fault Monitoring Technology
With the continuous improvement of automation and intelligence level in the power system, higher requirements have been put forward for the safe operation of substations. As one of the important factors affecting the safety of substations, the occurrence of arc fires has concealment and suddenness. Therefore,an advanced current fault detection technology that integrates the random forest algorithm is proposed for the prevention of arc fires. The system utilizes real-time data processing and intelligent algorithms to quickly and accurately identify small changes in fault current, achieving early warning of potential arc faults.By integrating with the existing monitoring system of the substation, this solution not only improves the real-time and accuracy of fault detection, but also enhances the automation processing capability of the system, effectively preventing fire accidents caused by electric arcs and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the substation.
