摘要

通过需求分析,确定了远程大流量供排水系统的控制方案;采用专用控制器实现了对发动机机组、液压马达等执行机构电、液、气的自动化控制;使用自动稳压调节算法和滤波算法实现了恒压力、大流量的供排水作业功能,使进、出口压力和流量等数据具有良好的稳定性;运用超速、超压、温度高等控制措施有效解决了安全保护难题,并原创性采用了缺水及防吸瘪保护功能.该系统便捷友好的一键操作控制及HMI界面降低了操作的复杂度.

Abstract

Through requirement analysis,the control scheme for the remote high flow water supply and drainage system has been determined.The automation control of electric,hydraulic,and pneumatic actuators such as engine units and hydraulic motors has been achieved through the use of a dedicated controller.The use of automatic constant pressure regulation algorithm and filtering algorithm has achieved the function of constant pressure and high flow water supply and drainage operation,making the inlet and outlet pressure,flow and other data have good stability.The use of control measures such as overspeed,overpressure,and high temperature effectively solves the problem of safety protection,and innovatively adopts water shortage and anti suction protection functions.The convenient and user-friendly one click operation control and HMI interface of the system reduces the complexity of operation.
