Optimization and Performance Analysis of Heat Supply and Steam Extraction System in Typical Coal-Fired Power Plants
Due to the decreasing proportion of installed coal-fired power generation in China and the increasing demand for heating and cooling in the whole society,it is necessary to improve the heating capacity of existing coal-fired units by retrofitting them.In view of the existence of a certain residual pressure loss in the heat supply and steam extraction of coal-fired units,a residual pressure utilization retrofit program is proposed by adding a small steam turbine, which realizes the stepwise utilization of steam energy level. The program is specifically in the heat pump bus and heat exchange station between the addition of small steam turbine for the recovery of steam residual energy,on the one hand, can increase the overall power generation system,on the other hand, can make the heat supply steam loss is reduced, the overall efficiency of the system has been improved.Taking a power plant as an example, the energy consumption characteristics of the optimization and transformation scheme of the heat supply and steam extraction system are analyzed. The results show that through the renovation and optimization of the heat supply and steam extraction bus pipe, the inlet pressure of the small steam turbine can be increased to 0.7 MPa,and the annual comprehensive income can reach 14.55 million yuan, with remarkable energy saving effect.
