Ceramic Forming Method Based on Photocuring Additive Manufacturing Technology
Photocuring additive manufacturing technology can realize the personalized manufacturing and customized production of ceramic parts,which provides new possibilities for the development of ceramics.In this paper,the effectiveness of the application of light curing additive manufacturing technology in the field of ceramic forming is confirmed through experimental testing and analysis.By using the 3010 digital micromirror device,the ceramic material can be cured layer by layer,and the quality and accuracy of the ceramic product can be improved by controlling the light source intensity,exposure time,layer thickness and other parameters.The results show that the increase of light source intensity can improve the bending strength and hardness of ceramic parts,and effectively improve the mechanical properties and durability of the material.The ceramic forming method based on photocuring additive manufacturing technology was analyzed by experiment,in order to provide some reference for the production of ceramic supplies.
