摘要

以FKZ-4-10型矿用低压轴流风机为例,介绍一种矿用低压轴流风机气动噪声特性及叶尖噪声降噪分析方法.该方法利用延迟分离涡模型(DDES)与福克斯·威廉姆斯和霍金斯方程模型(FW-H)构建轴流风机模型,进而分析轴流风机的辐射噪声特性与声源特性,最后以此为基础,分别从叶顶间隙、叶顶开槽等方面优化轴流风机,以达到叶尖噪声降噪的目的.该方法对现代低压轴流风机设计具有重要意义.

Abstract

Taking FKZ-4-10 mining low-pressure axial fan as an example,this article introduces the aerodynamic noise characteristics and blade tip noise reduction analysis method of a mining low-pressure axial fan.This method utilizes the Delay Separated Vortex Model(DDES)and the Fox Williams and Hawkins Equation Model(FW-H)to construct an axial flow fan model,and then analyzes the radiation noise characteristics and sound source characteristics of the axial flow fan.Finally,based on this,the axial flow fan is optimized from aspects such as blade tip clearance and blade tip slot opening to achieve the goal of blade tip noise reduction.This method is of great significance for the design of modern low-pressure axial flow fans.
