Optimization Design of Flue Gas Waste Heat Utilization System for Coal-Fired Units in Thermal Power Plants
The low thermal efficiency of coal-fired units in the power generation process,a large amount of thermal energy is discharged in the form of flue gas,which is not fully utilized,resulting in energy waste and environmental pollution.In response to this issue,the optimization design of flue gas waste heat utilization system is particularly important.By utilizing efficient recovery of waste heat from flue gas,can improve energy efficiency,reduce environmental impact,and meet the current industrial development needs of energy conservation and emission reduction.This paper proposes an optimized design scheme for the flue gas waste heat utilization system of coal-fired power plants,including the conceptual model construction of the system architecture,performance optimization of key components,and overall system testing and verification,providing strong technical support and practical application value for energy conservation and emission reduction in thermal power plants.
