Development of Remote Control Switching Device for Substation Based on Adaptive Tracking
With the upgrading and improvement of automation equipment in the power system, substations are now able to remotely operate various types of equipment. However, remote control failures occasionally occur due to equipment failures, control circuit disconnections, communication interruptions, and other reasons.A portable multi-condition emergency remote control switching device has been developed to address the problems of large stopping area and long power outage time in the traditional"no voltage,no current"fault point isolation method for substations. The device adopts 433 MHz RF radio control technology,a retractable link, and a multi angle base, realizing the opening and closing operations of various equipment and multiple angles in the substation. The results show that the device can effectively perform opening and closing operations on different intervals of the substation, with a success rate of over 98%,and has certain practicality.
