Design of Intelligent RTU in Oil and Gas Production IoT System
The management and production of oilfields require a large amount of data,and measuring this data requires a significant amount of time and effort from employees.In response to this issue,the construction of digital oilfields has emerged,with the core goal of achieving automation in oilfield production management,greatly reducing the labor intensity of employees,improving production efficiency,and bringing tangible quality improvement and economic benefits to enterprises.The intelligent RTU design adopts Linux system for development and programming,and uses 5G communication system for efficient and real-time transmission of collected data.Compared to manual data copying,intelligent RTUs can achieve real-time,efficient,and accurate performance.In addition,intelligent RTUs can also save energy and avoid energy waste through intelligence.The design of intelligent RTU will undoubtedly accelerate the construction process of the Internet of Things(A11)system for oil and gas production,leading the oilfield towards a more intelligent and efficient future.
