摘要
随着工业生产自动化水平的不断提升,数字孪生技术作为一种虚拟仿真技术在工业生产中的应用越来越广泛.针对IFAE生产线中的方向检测站,详细介绍了一种基于NX-MCD的数字孪生系统设计方法.该系统不仅能够模拟PLC与NX-MCD的控制信号交互以及实时监测数据,而且能够准确地复现物理实体的运行状态和变化过程,从而为机电系统的调试提供了高度可靠的仿真支持.
Abstract
With the continuous improvement of the automation level in industrial production,digital twin technology,as a virtual simulation technology,is becoming increasingly widespread in industrial production.This paper focuses on the direction detection station in the IFAE production line and elaborates on a digital twin system design method based on NX-MCD.The system not only simulates the interaction of control signals between PLC and NX-MCD and real-time monitoring data but also accurately reproduces the operation status and variation process of physical entities,thus providing highly reliable simulation support for the debugging of electromechanical systems.
