为解决航空螺旋桨叶片喷丸强度测量过程繁琐和调试难度大的问题,分析了现有技术的缺陷和不足,提出了一种基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的喷丸强度自动化测量方法.基于TRIZ理论中的冲突解决方法的反向作用原理,优化了现有的喷丸强度测试仪器.通过在阿尔门试片底座集成应变片传感器来实时计算喷丸强度大小,从而实现了自动化测量.此外,依据该解决方法设计了一套航空螺旋桨叶片喷丸强度的自动化测量系统,实现了测试方法的创新设计.
Innovative Design of Automated Measurement System for Shot Peening Intensity of Aeropropeller Blades Based on TRIZ Theory
In order to solve the problems of tedious measurement process and difficult debugging of aeropropeller blade shot peening intensity,this paper analyzes the defects and shortcomings of the existing technology,and puts forward an automatic measurement solution of shot peening intensity based on theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ).Based on the reverse action principle of the conflict resolution method in TRIZ theory,the existing shot peening intensity measuring instrument is optimized.The automatic measurement is realized by integrating the strain gauge sensor in the base of the Almen test strip to calculate the shot peening intensity in real time.In addition,based on this solution,an automatic measurement system for the shot peening intensity of the aeropropeller blade is designed,and the innovative design of the test method is realized.
