摘要
真空有载分接开关(OLTC)作为直流输电工程换流变的关键组件,用于补偿换流变网侧交流电压波动、实现直流降压运行模式.OLTC主触头运行时需要频繁操作,长期运行在机械力和电气应力的作用下,主触头表面被烧蚀.因此,分析了主触头材料物理性能、触头间隙电弧磁流体动力学(MHD)动态模型以及接触电阻数学模型,为真空OLTC主触头的运行和电气烧蚀机理分析提供了有益参考.
Abstract
The vacuum on-load tap changer(OLTC)is a key component of the converter transformer in DC transmission projects,which compensates for AC voltage fluctuations on the grid side of the converter transformer and achieves DC voltage reduction operation mode.The OLTC main contact requires frequent operation during operation,and the surface of the main contact is eroded due to mechanical and electrical stress during long-term operation.Therefore,this paper analyzes the physical properties of the main contact material,the dynamic model of arc magnetohydrodynamics(MHD)in contact gap,and the mathematical model of contact resistance,providing useful references for the operation and electrical ablation mechanism analysis of vacuum OLTC main contacts.
