摘要
为提高电气设备内部缺陷检测精度,提出基于红外图像技术的高压电气设备内部缺陷自动诊断方法.通过红外图像技术处理设备缺陷的红外图像,对处理噪声后,提取高压电器设备内部的发热源特征,利用可形变卷积神经网络实现高压电气设备内部缺陷的自动化诊断.结果表明,红外图像技术能准确、快速地识别高压电气设备内部的发热源及潜在缺陷,具有较好的应用效果.
Abstract
To improve the accuracy of internal defect detection in electrical equipment,an automatic diagnosis method for internal defects in high-voltage electrical equipment based on infrared imaging technology is proposed.By using infrared imaging technology to process infrared images of equipment defects,after processing noise,the internal heating source features of high-voltage electrical equipment are extracted,and a deformable convolutional neural network is used to achieve automated diagnosis of internal defects in high-voltage electrical equipment.The results indicate that infrared imaging technology can accurately and quickly identify the heat sources and potential defects inside high-voltage electrical equipment,and has good application effects.
