工作面煤巷快速掘进影响因素及工艺优化研究

针对三元煤矿掘进过程中受地质条件、施工工艺、支护技术等影响的问题,分析了工作面快速掘进的影响因素.在此基础上,依据盘区地质条件,建立工作面数值计算模型,通过建立边界条件、网格模型、构建重力场模型,求解得到应力初始平衡模型;优化快速掘进工艺,包括在不同地质条件下对割煤工艺和支护方案进行了优化;设计了矿井实测方案,并根据实测数据分析了巷道表面位移、两帮深部位移和锚杆索受力情况.结果表明,巷道掘进期间位移较小,掘进距离在80 m后保持稳定,支护效果良好,满足掘进需求.
Research on Influencing Factors and Process Optimization of Rapid Excavation of Coal Roadway in Working Face
An analysis was conducted on the factors affecting the rapid excavation of the working face in response to the geological conditions,construction techniques,and support technologies that affect the excavation process of the Sanyuan coal mine.On this basis,based on the geological conditions of the area,a numerical calculation model for the working face is established.By establishing boundary conditions,grid models,and constructing gravity field models,the initial stress equilibrium model is solved.Optimized the rapid excavation process,including optimizing the coal cutting process and support scheme under different geological conditions.A mine measurement plan was designed,and the surface displacement of the roadway,the deep displacement of the two sides,and the stress on the anchor cables were analyzed based on the measured data.The results showed that the displacement during tunnel excavation was small,and the excavation distance remained stable after 80 m.The support effect was good and met the excavation requirements.
