摘要

为研究聚乳酸(PLA)材料在熔融沉积型3D打印机中打印后的翘曲变形现象,通过单因素实验,研究了打印过程中打印底面面积与翘曲面积、高度与深度的影响规律,得出如下结论:打印底面面积较小时,由于受热均匀,无翘曲现象或现象不明显;打印底面面积较大时,翘曲面积、高度与深度也随之增大,但翘曲面积占比变化不大.

Abstract

To investigate the warping deformation phenomenon of polylactic acid(PLA)material after printing in a fused deposition modeling 3D printer,single factor experiments were conducted to study the influence of printing bottom surface area and warping area,height and depth during the printing process.The following conclusions were drawn.When the printing bottom surface area is small,due to uniform heating,there is no warping phenomenon or the phenomenon is not obvious.When the printing bottom area is large,the warpage area,height,and depth also increase,but the proportion of warpage area does not change much.
