摘要
磁混凝反应的研究一直局限于工程应用的效率分析,缺少对于磁混凝反应过程的流体模型的构建和数值分析.根据磁混凝反应"固-液"两相特性,构建了适用于磁混凝反应的流体运动表征方程和欧拉多相流模型,并通过κ-ε两相湍流模型实现了含磁种介质的水溶液在磁混凝反应器中流态和运动的数值分析.
Abstract
The research on magnetic coagulation reaction has been limited to the efficiency analysis of engineering applications,and the construction and numerical analysis of the fluid model of the magnetic coagulation reaction process are lacking.In this paper,according to the"solid-liquid"two-phase characteristics of magnetic coagulation reaction,the fluid motion characterization equation and Euler multiphase flow model suitable for magnetic coagulation reaction are constructed,and the κ-ε two-phase turbulence model is used to realize the numerical analysis of the flow state and motion of the aqueous solution containing magnetic medium in the magnetic coagulation reactor.
