面向自动化拆蛋的卵细胞定位方法研究

卵细胞拆蛋是人工辅助生殖技术中至关重要的操作之一,但现有手动操作成功率低、丢卵现象时有发生.在自动化操作中,借助显微操作平台和智能运动平台对培养皿中的卵细胞进行反复吹打、清洗是常用的操作方法.设计了面向自动化拆蛋的卵细胞定位方法,利用培养皿内微滴的矩阵布置,通过三点定圆建立实物坐标系,并按回转路径扫描微滴,划分区域检测线,利用计算机视觉对比图像灰度值的方法检测定位卵细胞.结果表明,矩阵微滴内拆蛋和计算机视觉识别缩小了定位范围,提高了卵细胞的定位效率,成功率达到96%.
Research on Egg Cell Localization Method for Automated Egg Disassembly
Egg cell disassembly is one of the crucial operations in artificial assisted reproductive technology,but the current manual operation has a low success rate and egg loss phenomenon occurs from time to time.In automated operations,repeated blowing and cleaning of egg cells in culture dishes using micro operation platforms and intelligent motion platforms is a common method of operation.Designed an egg cell localization method for automated egg dismantling,utilizing a matrix arrangement of microdroplets in a culture dish,establishing a physical coordinate system through three-point circle calibration,scanning microdroplets along a rotation path,dividing detection lines into regions,and using computer vision to compare image grayscale values to detect and locate egg cells.The results showed that the disassembly of eggs within matrix droplets and computer vision recognition reduced the localization range,improved the localization efficiency of egg cells,and achieved a success rate of 96%.
