3D Seepage Stability Analysis of Tailings Pond Based on Finite Element Numerical Simulation
The 3D seepage numerical calculation model of the tailing reservoir area and dam body is established based on the finite element numerical calculation and analysis software,the three-dimensional seepage calculation and seepage stability analysis under normal operation and flood operation are carried out for the original design final elevation and expansion final elevation tailings reservoir model.The spatial distribution pattern of infiltration surface and hydraulic gradient in tailings dam and sediment beach are simulated.Based on the results of numerical simulation,the seepage characteristics of the tailing pond expansion project under different stacking conditions are analyzed and studied,and the seepage stability of the tailing pond is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated,it provides scientific basis for dynamic analysis and safe operation of tailing pond.
