三维钣金件工艺模型自动生成方法研究

针对钣金件的三维工艺设计中工艺模型难以自动生成的问题,提出了一种快速生成钣金工艺模型的方法.首先利用设计模型的数据与拓扑关系,自动识别钣金的折弯特征与内部特征,然后利用折弯特征计算钣金展平矩阵,再利用面的边界数据与展平矩阵计算钣金展开件与工艺模型,并开发了生成钣金工艺模型的原型系统,验证了上述方法的可行性.结果表明,所提方法可自动生成钣金工艺模型,并能较好地保证工艺模型生成的准确性.
Research on Automatic Generation Method of 3D Sheet Metal Process Model
A fast method for generating sheet metal process models is proposed to address the problem of difficulty in automatically generating process models in 3D process design of sheet metal parts.Firstly,utilizing the data and topological relationships of the design model,the bending and internal features of the sheet metal are automatically identified.Then,the bending features are used to calculate the sheet metal flattening matrix,and the boundary data and flattening matrix of the surface are used to calculate the sheet metal unfolding part and process model.A prototype system for generating sheet metal process models is developed,and the feasibility of the above method is verified.The results indicate that the proposed method can automatically generate sheet metal process models and ensure the accuracy of process model generation.
